【東京発：2022年7月1日】アクセンチュア株式会社（東京都港区、代表取締役社長：江川 昌史、以下、アクセンチュア）は、2022年3月28日にトランコムITS株式会社（愛知県名古屋市、代表取締役社長：石山 耕一、以下、トランコムITS）から、デジタルエンジニアリングおよびオペレーション関連事業を譲り受ける発表を行いましたが、同事業を取得するすべての手続きが完了したことを発表します。本件の条件は非公開です。
この事業取得により、アクセンチュア インダストリーX（エックス）が提供する製造業や物流企業に向けたデジタルエンジニアリング、製造、ロジスティクスサービスのさらなる高度化につなげます。クラウド、IoTやセンサー技術などに精通した約190名のトランコムITSの人材がアクセンチュア インダストリーX（エックス）本部に加わることで、時代が求めるロジスティクス領域における大規模なハイパーオートメーションの実現を支援します。
