アクセンチュア、株式会社タンバリンの買収を完了

アクセンチュア株式会社(東京都港区、代表取締役社長:江川 昌史、以下、アクセンチュア)は、株式会社タンバリン(東京都千代田区、代表取締役:中尾 達也、以下、タンバリン)の買収を完了したことを発表します。タンバリンは、消費財やエンターテインメント企業を中心にSalesforce Commerce Cloudを活用したeコマースサイトの構築を主軸としつつ、顧客体験の創出との融合も強みとしている企業です。本買収の条件は非公開です。

本買収によって、優れたeコマースサイトを構築するエンジニアリング力のみならず、革新的な顧客体験を実現するサービスデザイン力を兼ね備えた約70名のタンバリンのプロフェッショナルが、アクセンチュア インタラクティブに加わりました。また、アクセンチュア インタラクティブのサービス提供体制がさらに強化され、顧客体験を基点とするビジネスへの変革支援において、圧倒的な競争優位の確立と差別化を図ります。
