アクセンチュア、リインベンション サービスを推進する新たな体制を発表

【ニューヨーク発：2026年3月13日】 アクセンチュア（NYSE: ACN）は本日、2026年3月31日付で、「リインベンション サービス」 のさらなる推進を図るべく、リーダー陣を刷新することを発表します。 リンインベンション サービスは、アクセンチュアの最高戦略兼サービス責任者であるマニッシュ・シャルマ（Manish Sharma）が統括します。新たに任命されるリーダー陣は、リインベンション サービスの新たな方向性を示し、その実現を主導する重要な役割を担います。新体制の下、アクセンチュアは先進的なソリューションをこれまで以上に迅速に創出し、データとAIをあらゆるサービスやデリバリーに一体的に取り込むことで、お客様への価値提供をさらに加速します。

アクセンチュアではこの実現に向けて、お客様の事業運営に即した形で部門を再編し、世界中のエコシステムパートナーとの連携を含めた幅広いサービスを、7つの 「リインベンション パートナー」 が提供します。これらの事業部門は、お客様の変革を力強く推進する中核的な役割を担います。

7つの新たな 「リインベンション パートナー」 の組織概要

■ サイバーセキュリティ
責任者：ハープリート・シドゥ（Harpreet Sidhu）
信頼を支える防御体制の強化、企業・組織全体の保護、的確なリスク管理、そして新技術の活用を通じて、お客様のサイバー・レジリエンス向上と価値創出を支援します。

■ デジタルコア
責任者：アジョイ・メノン（Ajoy Menon）
テクノロジー戦略とアーキテクチャ、データ・AI、アプリケーションのモダナイゼーションと管理、インフラ、データ、クラウドなど、お客様のデジタル基盤の再構築を支援します。

■ ファイナンス
責任者：アルンダティ・チャクラボルティ （Arundhati Chakraborty）
お客様の CFO（最高財務責任者）を支え、企業全体にわたる最高水準のパフォーマンス、洞察、評価基準を提供することで、財務領域の変革を推進します。また、チャクラボルティは、お客様がグローバル・ケイパビリティ・センターを構築する際の支援も統括します。

■ AI アンド データ
責任者：ラン・グアン（Lan Guan）、最高AI アンド データ責任者
AI・データ領域におけるグローバル規模での高度な専門性の構築を進めるとともに、関連トレーニングを体系化し、全社員のスキル向上を図ります。また、最先端の AI・データ基盤の設計、構築、提供に向けた先進的な手法を開発し、世界中に展開するアドバンスト・AI センターを中心に、AI とデータを技術基盤および企業全体へ一体的に展開する変革を推進します。

■ インダストリー アンド プロセス
責任者：ジェイソン・デス （Jason Dess）
業界および業務プロセスに関する高度な専門性のさらなる深化・拡大を図ります。さらに、世界中に広がるインテリジェント・オペレーション・センターおよびグローバル・ネットワーク・センターを中心に、AI を活用した統合基幹業務システム開発手法や、アクセンチュア独自の変革方法論である「ART」などを用いて、お客様の変革を推進します。

■ テクノロジー
責任者：ラジェンドラ・プラサド （Rajendra Prasad）
先端テクノロジー領域の専門性および実行力を高めるとともに、アクセンチュア全体でのテクノロジー人材育成を推進します。また、アクセンチュア・テクノロジー・センターを中心に、最新テクノロジー基盤の開発を担います。
