アクセンチュア、株式会社SI&Cの買収に合意

お客様のデータ主導型全社変革を支えるテクノロジー実装力を拡充

【東京発：2025年8月27日】 アクセンチュア株式会社（東京都港区、代表取締役社長：江川昌史、以下、アクセンチュア）は、クラウド、データ・AIをはじめとする先端デジタル技術の導入に向けたシステム開発から、コンサルティングサービスまでを手掛ける株式会社SI&C（東京都港区、代表取締役社長：岩澤俊典、以下、SI&C）の買収に合意したことを発表します。本合意の条件は非公開です。

アクセンチュアは、SI&Cが長年にわたり培ってきた高度な技術力と専門性、そしてそれを体現する優れたエンジニアを迎え入れることで、テクノロジーを核にお客様のデータ主導型の全社変革を支援する体制のさらなる拡充を図ります。金融・公共分野に加え、製造業や小売業など幅広い業界において、SI&Cが提供してきた高品質なサービスに、アクセンチュアの各サービスを掛け合わせることで、より高い付加価値の提供を目指します。あわせて、SI&Cの社員には、多能工型エンジニアの育成プログラムの提供を検討するほか、お客様の全社変革や社会課題の解決に貢献できるプロフェッショナルとして、さらなる成長と挑戦の機会を提供していきます。

SI&Cは、1980年の創業以来45年以上にわたり、先端技術を活用したITサービスを提供してきました。現在、約900名の社員を擁し、カスタム開発やクラウド、データ・AIなどを組み合わせた高度なソリューションを提供しています。加えて、業務プロセスの最適化や組織変革までを支援するコンサルティング機能も有しています。また、同社はアプリケーションの設計・開発やERPパッケージ導入支援を手がける株式会社エーエスエルおよび株式会社サイビスを傘下に持ち、両社合わせて約600名の社員が在籍しています。SI&Cグループ全体で約1,500名のプロフェッショナルは、今後アクセンチュアグループの一員となります。
本合意は、商習慣に基づく完了条件に従って実行されます。
