アクセンチュア、株式会社クライムの買収を完了

【東京発:2024年4月30日】 アクセンチュア株式会社(東京都港区、代表取締役社長:江川 昌史、以下、アクセンチュア)は、2024年4月8日に買収の合意を発表した、群馬県を中心にシステム開発やITインフラの保守・運用に至るまで幅広いサービスを展開する株式会社クライム(群馬県前橋市、代表取締役:金井 修、以下、クライム)の買収を完了したことを発表します。

クライムは1989年の創業以来、創業地である前橋を中心に国内金融機関、製造業、通信事業者や行政機関などのお客さまに向けて、勘定系、基幹系システムなどの開発から、ITインフラの保守・運用に至るまで高度な専門性を発揮してきました。クライムが擁する、先端のクラウド、セキュリティ技術やAMS(アプリケーション マネジメント サービス)に精通した約200名のエンジニアを含む約230名の社員は、アクセンチュア テクノロジーに加わります。本買収の条件は非公開です。

アクセンチュアは、特に金融や行政機関などのDX(デジタル・トランスフォーメーション)の大きな足かせとなっているレガシーシステムからの脱却に豊富な経験を持つクライムを加えることで、お客様のデータ駆動型経営の実現に向けた支援をさらに強化します。同時に、クライムのエンジニアがグローバルな舞台でも活躍できる機会を提供してスキルのさらなる向上を図り、地域および日本全体の持続的な発展に貢献します。
