アクセンチュア、株式会社シグナルの買収を完了

アクセンチュア株式会社(東京都港区、代表取締役社長:江川 昌史、以下、アクセンチュア)は、国内最大のPR会社である株式会社ベクトル(東京都港区、代表取締役会長兼社長:西江 肇司)から、同社の子会社である株式会社シグナル(東京都港区、代表取締役:草場 大輔、以下、シグナル)の買収を完了したことを発表します。

シグナルは、パブリックリレーションズの視点から、ソーシャル、インフルエンサーマーケティング、広告運用、市場調査やウェブサイト構築など、多彩なマーケティング手法を組み合わせた統合マーケティングサービスを展開しています。 アクセンチュアは2023年7月24日に、シグナルの買収に合意したことを発表しています。
シグナルが擁する約100名の社員は、アクセンチュアのマーケティング オペレーションズチームに加わりました。アクセンチュアは、シグナルが持つ専門性とアクセンチュアが提供するマーケティングサービスを組み合わせることで、企業のマーケティング変革に求められるあらゆる機能を網羅したサービスを一気通貫して提供できる体制を強化し、お客様のマーケティング投資対効果の最大化に貢献します。
